Eligibility for Replacement
You may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.
You have proof of purchase and a clear unboxing video or images showing the issue.
Once your request is verified, a new replacement product will be sent to you at no extra cost.
Non-Replaceable Items
Replacements will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or intentionally damaged.
The issue is due to customer mishandling after delivery.
The request is made after 3 days of receiving the product.
Replacement Process

Provide your order number, issue details, and proof (video/images).
Our team will review and verify your request.
Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped through Leopard Courier Service.
Refunds
Please note that Talal Mobiles does not offer refunds — only replacements for eligible cases.
