Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time.
Our goal is to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Method
We ship all orders via Leopard Courier Service, one of Pakistan’s most reliable delivery partners.
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered within 3 working days after confirmation.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your city or location, and external factors such as weather or courier delays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver all across Pakistan.
If you’re outside Pakistan and wish to order, please contact our support team to discuss possible arrangements.
Shipping Charges
Our delivery charges are based on your order total:
📦 Orders below Rs. 10,000 → Delivery fee: Rs. 500
🚚 Orders above Rs. 10,000 → Delivery fee: Rs. 1,000
All costs will be clearly shown during checkout — no hidden fees.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking code via SMS or email.
You can use this code to check your order status directly through Leopard Courier’s tracking system.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses.
If you need to update your address, contact our support team as soon as possible before your order is shipped.
